This is a Hawaiian Monk Seal on Poipu Beach

The lifeguard put a rope around her on the beach

So she could have a good afternoon nap!

    So cool guys... unfortunately I have solved the crime and I pronounce that seal dead.

    That's why they put fencing around it. It's the seal version of chalk lines :P.
